New to padel? This is where you start. Padel 101 is a friendly, no-pressure class designed specifically for first-timers and beginners. You’ll learn:

• How to hold and swing the padel racket properly

• The rules of the game and how scoring works

• Court positioning for doubles play

• Basic shots: serve, forehand, backhand, and lob

• Fun rally drills to build confidence and rhythm
