Sofia Rodriguez

Hi! I’m Sofia — I grew up between Madrid and Manhattan, and I’ve spent the last 8 years coaching padel across both continents. I love the mix of speed, strategy, and teamwork in padel, and I’m passionate about helping New Yorkers discover the game and fall in love with it.

My coaching style is upbeat, technical, and movement-focused. I’m big on helping players develop strong fundamentals early on — especially footwork, shot selection, and smart court positioning. Whether you’re brand new to the game or training for competitive play, I’ll work with you to unlock your strengths and stay consistent under pressure.

When I’m not on the court, I’m either organizing weekend mixers at Chelsea Piers or sipping an oat cortado in SoHo while rewatching match footage (don’t judge me 😄).
